A blend of physical yoga practice, with a focus on pelvic floor, chest and shoulder opening, and restorative rest – plus social-emotional support from a like-minded community.
Whether this is your 1st or your 3rd, this is a big life transition, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is a space for healing, bonding, and growing into your new rhythm with patience, compassion, and support. Come as you are. All levels welcome :)
