​How Food Moves: Getting Good Food from Farm to Fork

​How do we get good food — organic, supporting local farmers, celebrating Thai biodiversity, and genuinely affordable — from farm to eater?

​This is one of the most practical and important questions in food systems today. Between the farmer and the consumer lies a complex web of logistics, economics, and relationships that determines not just what we eat, but who benefits and who doesn't.

​Our third Exchange explores this question with Khun Nao, founder of Thamturakit — a pioneering Thai social enterprise whose name means "fair business." Thamturakit works directly with hundreds of small-scale organic farmers across Thailand, training them in sustainable agriculture and self-reliance, while connecting their produce directly to consumers and restaurants — cutting out the middlemen, stabilising farmer incomes, and making good food genuinely accessible.
