Kennst du das? Du hast kaum einen Moment, um einen Erfolg zu feiern, und schon jagst du den nächsten zehn Aufgaben hinterher.
Deadline geschafft, Quota geknackt, und dabei noch versucht, der bestmögliche Teammate zu sein. Aber irgendwie… rauschen die Tage einfach an dir vorbei?
Genau dann wünschen wir uns und brauchen wir Menschen um uns herum, die wissen, was wir gerade durchmachen. Menschen, die teilen, was bei ihnen funktioniert, damit wir gemeinsam wachsen können.
Deshalb haben wir den Bluebird Social Club ins Leben gerufen. Die Idee dahinter: Menschen aus unserem Netzwerk zusammenzubringen, von denen wir wissen, dass sie voneinander profitieren.
Wir möchten, dass alle unsere Gäste mit dem Gedanken nach Hause gehen: „Das war mit Abstand das beste Erlebnis meiner Woche.“ Und mit mindestens einer echten Connection, die über den Abend hinaus bleibt.
Wer dabei ist:
Wir kommen nach Berlin, um die GTM-Community zusammenzubringen: die Leute, die bei den am schnellsten wachsenden AI- und B2B-SaaS-Unternehmen der Stadt Revenue und Customer Success vorantreiben. Dafür haben wir eine Location im Herzen von Mitte gemietet.
Warum du nicht fehlen solltest:
Du triffst Menschen, die vor denselben Herausforderungen stehen wie du. Mit ihnen kannst du dich wirklich austauschen, ganz ohne Förmlichkeit. Du gehst mit mindestens einem Gespräch nach Hause, das du weiterführen willst, und unser Team sorgt den ganzen Abend über mit Intros dafür, dass das klappt.
So läuft der Abend:
Es gibt keine feste Agenda und keine Pitches, und du musst nichts weiter tun, als vorbeizukommen. Wir starten mit einer kurzen Begrüßung und machen dich direkt mit deinem ersten Kontakt bekannt. Zwischen den Shuffleboard-Runden teilen wir ein paar Insights.
Die Hausregeln:
Sei einfach du selbst und offen für Gespräche.
Kein Pitching und kein Recruiting, weder von uns noch von anderen.
Hab Spaß! Dieser Abend ist dafür da, dass du abschalten und ihn genießen kannst.

Bei deiner Anmeldung stellen wir dir ein paar Fragen. So kann unser Team großartige Intros für dich vorbereiten.
Sobald deine Anmeldung bestätigt ist, siehst du die Location, und wir halten dich bis zum Event auf dem Laufenden!

Bluebird Social Club: GTM Community, bringing together our ecosystem in Berlin for a night of microbrews, shuffleboard and good chats!
Ever feel like, before you’ve even had a moment to celebrate a win, you’re already rushing to get the next 10 tasks done?
You hit the deadline, you beat your quota, all while trying to be the best teammate you can be, but the days are kind of just… flying by?
It’s in those times that what we crave, and need, is to be around people who know what we’re going through. People who can share what’s working for them, so we can grow together.
That’s why we created Bluebird Social Club. It's purpose: bring together people in our network who we know would benefit from meeting one another.
We want every guest to leave thinking, “That was the best experience I’ve had this week”, with at least one meaningful connection that will continue beyond the event.
Who’s in the room:
We’re coming to Berlin to bring together the GTM community - the folks driving revenue and customer success - at the fastest growing AI and B2B SaaS companies in the city. And we’ve rented out a venue in the heart of Mitte to be the setting of our gathering.
Why you shouldn't miss it:
You’ll be in a room with people tackling the same problems as you, people you can actually share knowledge with, without the formality. You’ll leave with at least one conversation you’ll want to continue, and our team will spend the evening making introductions to make sure of it.
How the evening works:
There’s no fixed agenda, no pitch, and nothing you need to do besides show up. We’ll open the evening with a short welcome and set you up with your first introduction. We'll share insights in-between games of shuffleboard.
The house rules:
Come as yourself, and be open to conversation.
No pitching and no recruiting, from us or from anyone else.
Enjoy yourself. This is a space for you to have fun and relax.

When you request a spot, we've asked a couple of questions. This helps our team set up some great introductions.
Once you’re approved, the venue will be shown and we'll send updates leading up to the event!
