Colorado is a hub for professionals working to protect and restore nature on a global and local scale. Starting in 2023, Nature x Solutions has been convening this community for special evenings of exchanging ideas and connections with fellow practitioners, with local co-hosts including Earthshot Labs, Pachama, Regrow Ag, Nature Tech Collective, Terra Nexus, and Perennial.
Nature x Solutions will be doing a monthly happy hour, featuring expert speakers working on solutions for protecting and restoring nature.
This month we will be featuring: Nik Philipsen is Principal Product Manager at Technosylva, the leading provider of wildfire and extreme weather modeling and situational awareness solutions for utilities and emergency management agencies. He leads the Planning product line with a focus on data-driven risk reduction, mitigation prioritization, and regulatory reporting.
About the Host:
Lucia von Reusner brings over a decade of experience scaling nature-based solutions globally; operating at the intersection of policy, finance, and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Carbon Protocols & Policy at Regrow Ag, she leads work to translate climate policy into investable regenerative agriculture projects globally. Previously she led global investor and grassroots advocacy campaigns to secure new climate policies for protecting forests and agriculture, and developed forest carbon projects. Her work centers on moving ideas from policy to implementation.
