Samantha Mulcahy is a seasoned executive coach with over 20 years of experience guiding global leaders and organizations through high-impact transitions. With a career rooted in the technology and innovation sectors, Samantha has supported professionals across banking, hedge funds, and biotech pharma industries. Her global perspective is shaped by years of living and working in New York City, Singapore, London, and Charlotte, where she’s partnered with clients navigating complex, cross-cultural environments.
Samantha is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Known for her strategic insight and calm presence, Samantha brings a sharp business lens and human-centered approach to every engagement.
Dani Tan is a first-generation Asian-Latina Leadership and Career Coach with Puerto Rican, Filipino, and Chinese heritage, dedicated to helping ambitious professionals take charge of their careers and build leadership paths that align with who they are.
With 11 promotions in 11 years and five career pivots under her belt, Dani’s journey took her from a sample coordinator to Vice President at a billion-dollar company. She has held roles in public relations, sales, merchandising, and e-commerce—developing strategies that fueled growth for both startups and global brands. Today, as a full-time coach, she brings this multifaceted experience to help clients rewrite the rules and build careers that work for their lives—not the other way around.
Dani’s career journey was shaped by her experience as often the only woman, and the only woman of color, in the room. Navigating higher education and the corporate world without a clear roadmap, she understands the challenges of stepping into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind—and finding a way to lead anyway. Her coaching is grounded in both strategy and support, focused on achieving tangible results while empowering clients to lead authentically.
