Leadership for the Ecological Era

​The leaders who will shape the next decade are not the ones with the best sustainability reports. They are the ones who have fundamentally reconsidered what sustainability means — and built that reconsideration into how they think, decide, and lead.

​This 90-minute, interactive professional development session introduces the Reflect-Integrate-Implement framework developed by Restoring Sustainability, offering leaders across sectors a practical and philosophical foundation for embedding ecocentric equity into their organisations.

​Through a combination of conceptual framing, structured reflection, and guided discussion, participants will work through Assumptions Mapping, Worldview Expansion, and the Questions of Care — a decision-making framework designed to be used before any significant project or decision.

​Participants leave with the Questions of Care Methodology Guide (available separately for $24), a decision-making framework they can bring to their organisations immediately.

​Session size is capped at 30 to support meaningful interactions for all participants.

​Recommended: have pen and paper ready; studies show we think deeper and learn faster when we write by hand.
