👾 Distyl AI Systems Social @ NeurIPS
Join us for a fun evening of OG arcade games 👾, drinks 🍹, snacks 🍔, and a chance to unwind after a long week at NeurIPS.
We’ll also be sharing what we’re building at Distyl and opening the door for anyone curious about joining the team.
About Distyl
Distyl partners with Fortune 1000 companies to run $100M+ transformations through AI-native automation. Backed by Lightspeed, Khosla, and Coatue, we operate like a special-ops team: fast, outcomes-obsessed, and allergic to incrementalism.
Distyl Research is a systems shop, built on the belief that intelligence emerges not just from a model, but also from the structure around it. We work across: Use-case discovery, System self-improvement, System self-construction, Multi-agent + decentralized systems, Boundary-case synthetic data generation, and Text-to-SQL.
Meet Some of the Team:
Yenchia Feng is a researcher in Distyl's San Francisco office, exploring topics such as agent environment maps and decentralized multi-agent systems. She completed her PhD at Stanford University in 2023, where she studied the collective behavior of flocks of birds and swarms of insects.
Philippe Wyder is a researcher in Distyl's New York office, working on system iteration and self-improvement. He completed his PhD at Columbia University in 2024, where he studied self-assembling and self-improving modular robots.
Daniel Jaroslawicz is a research lead in Distyl's New York office, focusing on system discovery, iteration, and long context tasks. Prior to Distyl, he worked on hypothesis generation with LLMs for novel drug target discovery. He holds a MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Come play, connect, and see what makes Distyl AI such a unique place to build what’s next. 🚀 P.S. We're hiring
