Join us for Foundational Strides, the right way to run. Whether you're stepping into your first run or a veteran with 1000s of kms, everybody is welcome to join. No pressure, no racing—just a solid Sunday morning workout that'll focus on the right practices.

6:45 am - Gathering
7:00-7:10 am - Warmup
7:10-8:00 am - Run
8:00-8:30 - Strength & Stretching
8:30-9:30 - Coffee and Unwind
This is a training run through and through—no competitive vibes, no keeping score. We're here to build better running habits, work on technique, and maybe make some new running buddies along the way.
