​The Nairobi Talent Social is a monthly, intentionally designed gathering for people who want to be in better rooms. Rooms where conversations are honest, curiosity is welcomed, and opportunity isn’t forced.

​Each edition of NTS brings together founders, hiring managers, recruiters, and professionals who are building, hiring, or quietly figuring out what’s next. We design the evening to lower the pressure, spark real conversations, and make it easier for unexpected connections to happen.
