Just a few quick reminders to help the day run smoothly:
Approval is on an individual basis
Because space is limited, we'll only be able to admit approved participants.Arrival timing
Doors open at 10:00 AM, and we'll begin at 11:00 AM sharp.
To keep things fair for everyone, check-in closes at 10:50 AM, and we won't be able to admit late arrivals.
In-person event
This is an in-person-only event.
If your plans change or you can't arrive on time, we'd really appreciate you cancelling your spot so someone on the waitlist can join.
We do keep track of no-shows to help us plan future community events fairly.
