Grounding Back Home | Coburg - Special Community Session
A small group Traditional Hatha & Somatic Yoga practice that supports grounding, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.
Together we explore simple postures, conscious breathing, meditation, and deep rest in a supportive environment.
These sessions are intentionally kept small to create a more personal and supportive experience. Rather than striving for performance, the emphasis is on presence, awareness, and reconnecting with yourself through your breath and body.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. No previous yoga experience is required.

Every effort will be made to film respectfully and unobtrusively, and the focus will be on the atmosphere of the class rather than individuals. By booking, you acknowledge that photography and filming will take place.
Mats and all yoga props are provided. Simply bring comfortable clothing and yourself.
