​This will be one hour dedicated to tuning into your body, focusing on breath, self myofascial release techniques & soft movement + mobility.

​Led By: Mecca Allah

​Mecca Allah is a New York–based model, multidisciplinary artist, and wellness practitioner of Afro-Latino descent, originally from Philadelphia, PA. Rooted in movement from a young age she has developed a dedication to seeing the body as a vessel for healing and expression and that informs her unique intersection of art, wellness, and activism.

​Mecca’s current work ranges from internal and external wellness- from plant medicine, movement therapy, and yoga–integrating physical, spiritual, and creative modalities.

​She began her studies of Physical Therapy at Pace University and pursued Herbalism and agricultural practices with Regla Soul in Cuba. She holds certifications in Yoga (200hr YTT) and Classical Mat Pilates (200hr). Her work is a living exploration of the intersections of art, spirit, ancestral knowledge and the body — offering her work as a conduit for transformation, expression, holistic liberation and collective healing.
