Sharing learnings: Product Development with Agents

​This will be a chance for product and engineering teams to share how they’re actually building with AI agents today: workflows, tooling, lessons learned, and what’s working (or not) after months of experimentation.

• ​How are roles changing for PMs, designers, and engineers?

• ​Who creates PRs — and who reviews them?

• ​What processes are disappearing entirely?

• ​What does a high-performing product team look like in the age of agents?

​We have a diverse set of Product teams from companies like Vara, Ficus Health, Kaiko Systems and Merantix Momentum who will present their setup, demos, workflows, and key learnings and exchange ideas with others building in the space.

The event starts at 6 pm with some snacks and drinks, followed by individual presentations and group discussions (6.30-8 pm) and a networking hour at the end.
