AWS Community Day Johannesburg

​AWS Community Day Johannesburg is the annual flagship event hosted by the AWS MZANSI User Group, bringing together cloud enthusiasts, developers, builders, and tech professionals from across the region for a full day of learning, networking, and hands-on experience.

​This is a free, community-driven event featuring a keynote address, two parallel tracks (Developer Track and Builder Track), hands-on workshops, technical talks, and live demos. No sales talk!

​Whether you are just getting started with AWS or are a seasoned cloud architect, Community Day has something for you. Connect with peers, learn from real-world case studies, and get hands-on with the latest AWS services and tools.

What to expect

​Two action-packed tracks, one for developers and one for builders - featuring hands-on workshops where you'll roll up your sleeves and build, technical talks from practitioners who've been in the trenches, and live demos that bring AWS services to life.

Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, explore new services, or meet the people behind the builds, this is the day to do it. And yes, there will be prizes. The full schedule drops closer to the event, so watch this space.

​We will confirm your spot

You must be over 18 to be eligible to register.

​Your ticket must be confirmed. Not all registrations will get a ticket: seats are limited.

Your ticket will not be transferable.  If you can no longer attend after registering, please contact us immediately so your seat can be allocated to someone on the waitlist. No-shows affect the community; help us make sure every seat counts.
