The Next Generation: Energy Pitch Competition

​KC3's Climate Week spotlight on the next generation shaping New York City's clean energy future.

​Young leaders ages 16–24 will pitch bold, practical ideas to cut energy use and emissions, lower costs, or make NYC buildings healthier. Finalists will pitch live before judges and the audience for the chance to receive $6,000 to put their idea into action.

​Winning Award: $6,000

• ​$5,000 project award to bring the idea to life

• ​$1,000 team stipend for the young leaders behind it

​The winning team will implement its idea over the following months and return during Earth Week 2027 to share what they accomplished and learned.

​The Next Generation Energy Pitch Competition is part of POWER MOVES: Climate, Tech & Culture, Unfiltered, KC3's full-day Climate Week NYC experience.
