The Claude Power Workshop: Automate Your Business with Co-work, Code & Design (Session 1.5)
In one session, you'll set up Claude to run the parts of your business you currently do by hand. You leave with real systems running on your own tools, not just notes. You will leave knowing how to setup your company to achieve the output of a five-person team with one.
What you'll build and learn:
Claude Cowork as your chief of staff: triage your inbox, manage your calendar, chase follow-ups, prep meeting agendas, and run recurring tasks, all without you in the loop
Build a landing page/CRM/game with Claude Code (beginner-friendly): no technical background needed. Turn a manual process like quotes, client intake, or an inventory tracker into a working internal tool, finished in the room with our assistance
A content pipeline with Claude Design: turn a rough idea into a polished pitch deck, social graphics, one-pagers, and mockups in minutes, all on-brand
Automate the busywork: the admin, emails, and summaries that quietly eat 5–10 hours of your week
What you'll achieve:
A personal assistant working beside you every day, one you built once and never pay again
An internal tool you own, instead of a SaaS subscription you rent
A content engine that ships faster than hiring a designer or agency
Operations that keep running when you're offline, asleep, or focused elsewhere

Kristine spent four years in AI and ML running her own startup, and she has built and mentored five AI startups in Malaysia. She runs her own company almost entirely on Claude, and is running these workshops to hand you the exact systems she uses (through many testings and improvements).
This is for founders and future entrepreneurs who are done doing work a system should do for them. You'll work on your real business the whole time, with me there to troubleshoot and get your workflows live.

12:45 – 1:00 · Introduction: what you can achieve with Claude The big picture: how I run an entire company on Claude, and what becomes possible once it's wired into your operations, build, and content.
1:00 – 1:45 · Claude Cowork: your operating system Set up Claude to run scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and recurring tasks. Example: hand Cowork your inbox and calendar and let it triage meetings, chase follow-ups, and prep your agendas, winning back 5–10 hours a week.
1:45 – 2:15 · Lunch & refreshments
2:15 – 3:45 · Claude Code: build your first real app The main build block. Vibe coding the way I actually use it, with a working tool finished in the room. Example: turn a manual spreadsheet process (quotes, client intake, inventory) into a real internal app you built yourself, no developer required.
3:45 – 4:45 · Claude Design: your content pipeline Produce on-brand decks, graphics, one-pagers, and mockups in minutes. Example: go from a rough idea to a polished pitch deck and a set of social graphics ready to post, without touching a template or hiring a designer.
4:45 – 5:00 · Wrap-up & next steps Review what you built, set your automation priorities, and preview Session 2.
