​An interactive evening for advanced practitioners exploring AI in design

​Join us for an evening of hands-on exchange with fellow designers who are pushing the boundaries of AI in their daily practice. This is not your typical talk-and-network event - it’s a collaborative, show-and-tell format where every participant contributes.

​We’re looking for practitioners who actively explore and experiment with AI tools: people building automations, streamlining design ops, and rethinking workflows with AI at the core. The goal is to share best practices, exchange lessons learned, and inspire one another with real examples - going beyond the basics into the details that actually make a difference.

​Agenda

• ​5:00 p.m. – Arrival & Check-in (Food & drinks provided)

• ​5:30 p.m. – Topic Gathering: participants propose subjects they want to explore (from design process to internal automation)

• ​6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Interactive Sessions:

  • ​

    • ​We’ll vote on topics and dive deep — either as one group or in breakout circles

    • ​Show & tell demos: bring your laptop, share workflows, tools, and experiments

    • ​In-depth discussions: best practices, advanced tips, and practical exchanges

• ​8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Drinks & Open Networking
