The DAT Roundtable 2026
Co-hosted by Luna PR, the DAT Roundtable brings together senior leaders to discuss one of the biggest questions facing digital asset markets today: what happens next for digital asset treasuries?
Many DATs that once traded at significant premiums are now trading at or below NAV, marking a major shift in sentiment across the sector. While billions of dollars remain locked into these corporate treasury structures, the market is becoming increasingly selective, forcing the industry to evolve beyond speculation and into operational maturity.
Held at one of the world’s most iconic venues, this invitation-only roundtable will convene approximately 20 senior participants across corporate treasury, digital assets, institutional finance, banking, macro strategy, and the emerging DAT ecosystem.
Moderated by Nikita Sachdev, Founder and CEO of Luna PR, the closed-door session combines Luna PR’s network of leading DAT companies with Proof of Talk’s most distinguished guests for one hour of candid, high-level discussion focused on where the industry goes from here.
On the roundtable:
Nikita Sachdev - CEO & Founder at Luna PR
Hyunsu Jung - CEO at Hyperion DeFi
Khing Oei - Founder and CEO of Treasury
Nico Pasquariello - Digital Asset Specialist at Cantor
Maja Vujinovic - CEO of Digital Assets at FG Nexus
Mike Foy - CFO at AMINA Bank
Phillip Lord - CEO at Bitcoin Japan
Michelle Tankimovich - Chief of Staff at American Bitcoin
David Galan - CEO at Stack BTC
Ryan Turner - CEO & Founder at Arkonix
On the agenda:
Are Digital Asset Treasuries becoming legitimate long-term treasury vehicles, or were they simply a capital markets arbitrage opportunity?
Where do DATs go from here: consolidation, reinvention, or institutionalization?
Strategy's capital structure and what it signals for the next generation of bitcoin treasury companies.
Is bitcoin volatility really the biggest risk, or is capital structure becoming the bigger threat?
Infrastructure, custody, governance, and risk management frameworks for institutional-scale adoption.
Navigating an increasingly complex global regulatory environment.
What real institutional adoption actually looks like in 2026.
The role of digital assets on corporate balance sheets over the next decade.
Will the winners be those with the largest bitcoin treasuries, or those with the strongest balance sheets and longest runway?
Attendance is strictly by invitation only.
