I have been thinking a lot about my future and what it looks like to have the most impact for the most people.
The impact world is full of brilliant people, incredible nonprofits, serious founders, active investors, and real operators, but it is scattered across endless groups, programs, newsletters, and conversations. Everyone is trying. Almost nobody is coordinating it. The result is fragmentation, isolation, burnout, and a constant feeling that we are missing each other.
That fragmentation is why I started Propel Earth. The mission is simple: collect the change that is already happening, organize it, and coordinate humans so we can move faster together.
I did not come from a perfect plan. I came from a real feeling. My dad is a social worker, and I grew up watching how much changes when someone simply shows up for someone else. In college I learned my top strength is Activator. I am wired to move things forward by bringing people together. In 2025, I stopped waiting and started building the room.
Now Propel Earth is 750 plus members across 6 continents, founders, investors, providers, and changemakers actively helping each other launch and scale meaningful work.
