About Event

Across 28 days, you will explore your tech habits, both the supportive ones and the ones that drain your attention, energy, and time. Each day invites new reflections and practices to help you understand how technology has shaped your life, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

Throughout the challenge, you will:

  • Reflect on the role tech plays in your identity, behaviors, and emotional patterns

  • Reframe unhelpful habits through intentional habit shifts

  • Have honest conversations with your support network about your tech use

  • Engage with your community and come back to real life

  • Reconnect with play, creativity, purpose, and your core values

  • Integrate everything you’ve learned into your own personalized mindful tech system by Day 28

Plan to spend an average of 30-45 minutes per day on this challenge. On select days, you’ll be invited to complete activities in your community or take a mini tech retreat (at least 2 hours offline). You’ll always receive at least one week’s notice for these days, so you can plan ahead.

If you complete 26 out of the 28 days (1,300 points total), you’ll be entered into a raffle for a $200 Amazon gift card. More perks will be announced soon!

This challenge is hosted in Props.Marketing. After you register, you’ll receive an email with:

  1. Instructions to join the challenge

  2. How to connect with other participants in WhatsApp

  3. A link and instructions to share the challenge with friends and family on your socials
