About Event

As AI becomes more embedded in everyday work, there is growing interest in how adoption happens in practice, and how to ensure it is grounded in trust, capability and public purpose.

Join Prosci for an interactive workshop exploring AI adoption through an evidence-based change lens. Drawing on global research, expert perspectives from Prosci’s innovation and research leaders, and a live AI Diagnostic exercise, this session is designed to help public sector leaders and change practitioners move from AI uncertainty to confident, practical action.

As AI moves from experimentation into everyday work, many organisations are finding that the challenge is no longer the technology, but adoption. This session focuses on what it takes to embed AI in real operating environments, with an emphasis on trust, behaviour, and decision-making in complex public sector contexts.

Participants will:

  • Work through a live AI adoption diagnostic

  • Delve into recent Global Research Insights on what enables successful AI adoption

  • Strengthen understanding of the people and change factors that shape AI outcomes

  • Learn alongside peers facing similar challenges across the APS

Designed as a modern, interactive group learning experience, the workshop focuses on patterns and practical application making it highly relevant for complex and sensitive environments.
