Never shown in GDP, but the entire formal economy has rested on it. So the shortage everyone is modeling now is not new, it has just never been priced. ​About the host: Malin Frithiofsson works with investments and company building in women's health. Driven by a mission to improve the lives of women and girls, she believes technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation are powerful tools for creating lasting change in one of healthcare's most overlooked sectors.

About the guest: Dr. Greta Braun studies what's left for humans to do when technologies are introduced and how people can bridge their skill gaps. At Chalmers University of Technology, she recently defended her doctoral thesis, "Skilling Them Softly", on bridging industrial skill gaps and now works on how companies and education systems can get ahead of the skills Industry 5.0 demands, delivered through Chalmers Upskilling Academy. She serves as an expert on the European Commission's Industry 5.0 initiative and is on the steering board for the EC's Industry 5.0 Community of Practice.
