Most people are still learning about AI. Very few are actually building with it.
The Women’s Day AI Buildathon challenge was designed to change that. With 75 credits, 15 days, and one idea, participants moved beyond exploration and into execution.
In this Future World Conversation, Buildathon winners will share the story behind what they built, what challenged them, and what helped them turn ideas into real AI products. Through their journeys, we’ll explore what it means to build in an AI-first world, and why community, structure, and support matter.

Meghna is a QA Engineer and AI Automation Specialist who runs her own consulting firm, PyxisPulse Consulting AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden. She has worked across enterprise environments including banking, SAP, and LLM-based AI agents. Beyond her professional work, Meghna is deeply involved in community building and volunteering through groups such as Data & AI Stockholm, Women in Tech, and Pink Programming. She is passionate about connecting the technical and human sides of a product.

Sumati Natarajan is a strategic and operational leader in Products with over 20 years of experience building and leading diverse global teams. An alumna of Santa Clara University with a Master’s in Computer Engineering, she focuses on fostering collaboration and leading with compassion. Beyond her professional career, Sumati has been a dedicated community volunteer for over two decades, including 18 years as a teacher and core volunteer for Chinmaya Mission San Jose. She is passionate about applying her expertise in technology and strategic planning to drive operational excellence. With the motivation and support received during this Buildathon, she aims to continue building for the benefit of humanity and the community.
