Communities across the United States have spent years building capacity and preparing pipelines of shovel-ready climate and infrastructure projects, but funding volatility and a fragmented ecosystem now put that progress at risk. Blueprints for Belonging fills the gap: providing portfolio support, rapid troubleshooting, peer learning, and a shared public narrative that connects local transformation to state and federal policy change, without displacing the local leadership already driving this work forward.
