About Event
Curious about somatic dance and want to experience it for yourself? This introductory session is an open invitation to explore the practice without pressure, expectations, or commitment.
In a facilitated, judgment-free environment, we’ll use music, movement, and simple somatic prompts to connect with the body, notice sensations, release tension, re-awaken joy and explore different ways of moving and expressing ourselves. No dance experience is needed and there is no “right” way to move: you’re invited to follow your own body, at your own pace.
Come as you are, get curious, move a little (or a lot), and see how the practice feels for you.
