By bridging the gap between physical safety and digital sovereignty, this event moves beyond traditional advocacy to provide practical, tech-enabled "Human Safety as a Service." Participants will gain direct access to Self-Sovereign Identity tools and Immutable Evidence Vaults, creating a decentralized jurisdictional layer that protects their data and rights from local bureaucratic failure. This partnership serves as a scalable pilot for Polycentric Governance, proving that when geographical borders fail to provide security, a networked digital nation can offer the institutional stability and agency necessary for a future free from violence.
