Rules and Regulations for the Jewish American Tech Network

​The Jewish American Tech Network (“JATN”) is an exclusive, invitation-only group of top tech executives and experts that promotes excellence and collaboration among its members and guests. 

​Invitation Only: Attendance at all JTN Events is strictly by invitation from the host only. Invitations are non-transferable and cannot be extended by any third party.

​Discretionary Entry: The host reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without providing a reason.

​Curated Guest List: The host meticulously curates the guest list for each event to ensure a diverse mix of professionals from the tech and software industries, considering factors such as business experience, skills, and personalities.

​Registration Requirement: All attendees must register prior to the event for security purposes. Failure to register may result in denied entry.

​Compliance with Rules: Attendees are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations outlined herein. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the event and future events.  There may be additional rules implemented for specific events, and all attendees agree to abide by these and those rules.

​Exclusion of Competitors: The host reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals representing direct competitors to ensure the integrity of networking opportunities.

​No Marketing or Spamming: Attendees are prohibited from using event information or the guest list for marketing or spamming purposes. Any such activity will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

​Zero Tolerance for Harassment: JTN Event maintains a strict policy against harassment of any kind, whether at the event or outside of the event.  Any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event, future events, as well as potential legal action.

​Confidentiality: Attendees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of discussions and ideas presented at the event to encourage open and free exchange of information. Sharing sensitive information without consent is strictly prohibited.

​Professional Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, respecting the opinions and contributions of others.

​Security Measures: Security measures, including but not limited to bag checks and identity verification, may be implemented to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

​Event Photography and Recording: Photography and recording of the event, including sessions and presentations, are not permitted with the prior written consent from the host and individuals involved. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited.

​Feedback and Suggestions: Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions to the host for the improvement of future events. Constructive criticism is valued and appreciated.

​Indemnity: Attendees participate in JTN Event at their own risk and agree to indemnify the host against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their attendance or participation. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless JTN and the hosts.

​Modification of Rules: The host reserves the right to modify or update these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any changes.

​By attending a JTN Event, all attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by the above rules and regulations.
