Sunday Sessions is a real life weekly reset. Low-impact, high-connection, stretch club every Sunday morning at The Hart Shoreditch, 11:00–12:30. EveryBODY welcome.
This isn't your typical 'listen and follow the instructor' class - that's why we've called them sessions. Equal parts stretch, conversation and vibe. Over 90 minutes you'll move through individual, pair, group and full-class stretches, part-guided and always soundtracked. Break off and stretch in the way your body needs - our facilitators are there to recommend stretches, guide your form and jump into the conversation. Stretches come with questions designed to help you reflect on your week, connect with yourself and other session members and take stock for the week ahead. Conversation is part of the design. Meet new people and get new perspectives. Connection is expected. The energy builds itself.
The playlist is its own thing not to be under-estimated. Expect a BPM curated to keep you present without tipping into overstimulation. The mix is always new but think Soul, R&B, old school samples, lo-fi rap, neo soul, Caribbean jazz, Afro house, global instrumentals, keys. Music that feels like somewhere and everywhere at once.
Before you leave, you write your intention for the week. Show up as you are. Leave the tension behind, meet new and old friends, step into Monday aligned, cup full and body revitalised.

Good to know We use one large shared mat — think less yoga/mat pilates studio, more collective experience. Bring socks and wear something you can move in. Pair and group stretches involve contact always at your own discretion.
