Endurance, Brand, and Scale — A Fireside Chat with Rob Fraser (Founder, Outway)
🔥 Rob Fraser: Founder & CEO, Outway | Founder, Fraser Ventures
Rob Fraser is the Founder and CEO of Outway, a performance sock and athletic accessory brand built on a simple but powerful mission: to inspire personal bests. What began as a small startup (originally Endur Apparel) has evolved into one of Canada’s fastest-growing DTC performance brands, known for redefining what it means to blend style, comfort, and performance.
A former national team mountain bike athlete, Rob brings an athlete’s discipline to entrepreneurship, focusing on continuous improvement, resilience, and pushing limits. Under his leadership, Outway has become more than a product company; it’s a movement challenging the status quo and celebrating the spirit of perseverance that lives in every athlete.
Beyond Outway, Rob leads Fraser Ventures, where he is an active angel investor supporting over 15 early-stage companies, and he serves as a Board Member and Advisor to Firebelly Tea, a purpose-driven consumer brand.
At Fireside, Rob will share his story of building a brand with endurance, from athlete to founder, from setbacks to scale, and what it takes to keep competing when the finish line keeps moving.
This session will explore:
