We did the first Sharathon in May in Ocean Beach where everyone left with the full tool dump. It's still live at sandiegoaistudio.com/share. Same deal this time: whatever we figure out together, everyone takes home.

🎤 Four ways to show
Pick whichever you like.
Take the mic up front. The 5:30 slate is full: 17 guest presenters plus Lucas closing, 18 demos total, about 4 minutes each. If a slot opens up from a no-show, I'll call it from the floor during the event. Quickfire (15 seconds, anyone) stays open.
Show your table. Turn your laptop around for the four people sitting near you. No stage involved.
Bring a schematic. A diagram, a prompt, a workflow on paper. It doesn't have to run.
Just watch. Being a fly on the wall is a totally legit option.
You do not need to show anything to come. You do not need to explain how you built it if you'd rather not.
☕ The Spot
Brew Coffee Spot is a super rad coffee shop in La Mesa, near Lake Murray. They close early, so we get the whole place to ourselves.
End your weekend having seen a dozen things you didn't know were possible. Hard stop at 8:30, home by 9, and you walk into Monday with new moves. 🎮
I'll try to greet everyone, but if I miss you, come say hi. Lucas, big friendly dude, dark beard and short curly hair.
🧱 The flow
Come chill, mingle, grub. We will have a few things for purchase like coffee, organic pressed juice, kombucha, sandwiches, and chips.
At 5:30, 17 guest presenters get about 4 minutes each, then Lucas closes with the overnight agent fleet. Demo signups are closed; if a slot opens from a no-show I'll call it from the floor. Around 7 we do a quickfire: 15 seconds each for anyone with an intro, an ask, or an announcement.
Then it's open floor. Talk to homies who presented, work on your own thing, pair up with someone, or just wander and look over shoulders. My friends and I float around helping. If you want a project to pick up, we'll have Claude Code and Codex starter projects on the table.
Then hang, vibe, network till 8:30.

Blue Barn Creative video agency will float around shooting stuff. You can opt out at the door. Nothing is live-streamed. Footage is for short clips promoting future Sharathons, and a full presentation only gets posted with that presenter's permission.
