​Roslyn McLarty is a founder and executive coach building Within, a personal development platform for purpose-led founders. Previously she co-founded The GIST, a women-run sports media company and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. After experiencing founder burnout, she now helps visionary founders scale without self-sacrifice through coaching, community, and inner-work based content.

​Monika Kochhar is a founder, investor, and community builder known for pairing strategic clarity with deep care for entrepreneurs. After a global finance career, she co-founded SmartGift, reshaping modern gifting. She now supports founders, especially women, through inflection points and transitions, and writes and speaks on payments, AI, and resilient, human-centered leadership.

​Peter Corbett is the post-exit founder of iStrategyLabs, sold to WPP at 37. Now an executive coach and Venture Partner at Up.Partners, he’s creating Atlas, a wellbeing operating system for leaders. He’s guided hundreds of CEOs through personal and professional transformations, integrating neuroscience, AI, and contemplative practice into modern leadership development.
