What happens when conscious leaders stop talking, and start acting? We've heard a lot about purpose. We've done the inner work. But reflection without action is just an escape.
This September, 40 of us step out of the safe city and into the Wilderness.
This is not a retreat. This is the work.
Three days of stripping down to who we actually are. Calling out the patterns that have kept us small. Committing – out loud, in front of others – to what we will do next.
Stepping into the Wilderness is the first act.
The second is everything you take home.
Why now
The old maps don't hold. The future is asking for leaders who can stand in the not-knowing without grasping for the next certainty. People willing to grieve what is ending, so they can be present to what is being born.
We are choosing to enter it deliberately, together – because none of us was ever meant to do this alone.
The Arc
🔸 Friday
You arrive without your title. That night, around the fire, you hand over the fear you've carried alone for years to someone who will not flinch.
🔸 Saturday
You go alone into the dunes to face what you've been avoiding. You come back to the circle and speak what no one in your life has heard. You move what twenty years of meetings could not move.
🔸 Sunday
No insights. No "things to think about." You commit – out loud, in front of the circle – to the first real act you will take. You leave with witnesses.
For whom
Conscious leaders who feel the call: entrepreneurs, executives, founders, changemakers. Current and former Argonauts. Council of Aliveness members. Partners, friends, kindred souls. No prior experience required.
Preparation
Once you register, six short dispatches arrive in the months before – each carrying a practice that moves you into the Wilderness before you arrive.
