Turn a Messy Spreadsheet Into a Interactive Dashboard

​The spreadsheet is fine. The spreadsheet has been fine for years. What breaks is everything downstream of it — the screenshot of six cells pasted into Slack, the number someone quotes in a meeting from a tab that stopped updating in April, the twenty minutes every Monday spent making the same summary by hand.

This session we skip the BI tool and the analyst and build a clean, shareable dashboard directly from the sheet, with Claude Code, in an hour.

Bring a real spreadsheet if you have one, because the demo-data version of this is a lie. Real sheets have merged header cells, three different date formats in one column, a "notes" field doing the work of four fields, and a row someone added at the bottom that isn't data. Getting from that to something you'd actually send your team is most of the hour, and it's the part nobody shows you. **You'll leave with:** a dashboard built from your own data. **Format:** 60 minutes building, 20 minutes questions, then whoever wants to stay and build sticks around.
