Agentic AI Evening
Join AAIF Dhaka: Agentic AI Meetup for a technical, builder-focused evening exploring how structured instructions, reusable skills, and effective verification can improve the reliability of coding agents.
Through practical demonstrations and hands-on building, we will examine how an agent’s output changes when it receives clear project context, engineering conventions, constraints, testing requirements, and definitions of completion.
We will also explore how AGENTS.md can provide consistent project-specific guidance to different coding agents and development environments. The focus will be on transferable engineering practices: what worked, what broke, what remains difficult, and how builders can evaluate agent-generated work more effectively.
What to expect
A practical introduction to
AGENTS.mdLive demonstrations using real project tasks
Before-and-after comparisons of agent-generated work
Writing task prompts with clear goals, context, constraints, and completion criteria
Designing reusable skills with specific activation triggers
Testing and verifying agent-generated changes
Honest discussions about failures, limitations, and unresolved challenges
Conversations and connections with Dhaka’s agentic AI builders
Participants will collaboratively produce reusable technical artifacts, including an AGENTS.md example, structured task prompts, skill instructions, evaluation criteria, and a working project demonstration. Selected materials and lessons from the event may be shared with the wider technical community afterward.
This is a curated gathering for developers, AI engineers, researchers, and operators who build, evaluate, or deploy agentic systems. Preference will be given to participants bringing practical experience, thoughtful technical questions, or work they are actively building.
Please bring a laptop if you would like to participate in the hands-on activities.
About AAIF
The Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF) is a community dedicated to advancing the understanding and practical application of agentic AI. We bring together engineers, researchers, founders, builders, and AI enthusiasts to explore how autonomous AI systems are designed, evaluated, and deployed.
Through reading groups, workshops, and community discussions, AAIF brings together engineers, researchers, founders, and AI enthusiasts to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and learn from one another.
