Flex your communications muscle
The Hume region of Victoria decided that improving communications was a worthwhile part of the Community Electrification Engagement Program.
As a result, Anita Coia from Red Pepper has coached our community energy groups through their approach to social media, mailing lists, and event promotion.
She has developed a guidebook for groups to use and this online webinar will be the start of an effort by Energy Together to have a regular communications service offered to groups.

We know that communications and promotion often gets left in someone's lap and it can be hard to find the time.
We know that our community energy ninjas for projects, finance and networking can be good at getting stuff started but they haven't ever been a communications expert and their digital efforts stop at lurking.
