Iris is a holistic practitioner trained in Yoga (200hr RYT), Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Therapy, and Reiki Level 2. Rooted in a family lineage of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she holds a deep belief that the body knows how to heal when given space and balance. As the founder of House of Honey Belle and The Healing House, Iris creates gentle, community-centered spaces that invite others to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to themselves. She is a mom to a toddler girl, Lotus Bloom!

A: Absolutely! This class is beginner-friendly and designed for a gentle, feel-good movement. No experience needed.
βQ: What if my baby cries or gets fussy during class?
A: Thatβs totally okay β we expect it! This is a judgment-free zone, and youβre welcome to soothe, feed, or bounce around as needed.
βQ: Can I bring my toddler whoβs older than 2?
A: This offering is created specifically for babies under 2, so we can keep the flow mindful and safe for the little ones.
βQ: Do I need to bring anything for the tea lounge?
A: Just bring yourself! Weβll provide herbal tea and cozy vibes.
βQ: Is parking available?
A: Yes β free parking is available on site (in any unmarked spots). We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled.

βCancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be transferred to a future session or issued as event credit.
