About Event

Curious about how we are shaping the  future of work in retail industries?

Join us for a drop-in session to learn more about AI Powered Futures — a new pilot from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Advancing Respect (CILAR). This program is designed to help retail and retail-adjacent workers gain AI skills, mentorship, and employer-recognized microcredentials to thrive in a digital economy.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Explore how AI is transforming retail and related industries.

  • Discover how the program can support your career in a changing industry.

  • Learn about opportunities to participate in the program.

  • Learn how to partner to  build a more inclusive, AI-ready workforce.

Together, we’ll explore how AI can enhance our work, not replace it — and how leaders can be part of shaping Canada’s AI future.
