From Startup to City Pilot: How Do You Get NYC to Test Your Technology?

New York has no shortage of problems worth solving or institutions looking for better solutions. But for an early-stage founder, figuring out how to actually work with the city can be difficult.

We're having a candid conversation with the Partnership Fund for New York City and NYCEDC on how founders can navigate New York’s ecosystem, work with major institutions, and get new technologies tested in the city.

Panelist:

Matthew Horwitz - Partnerships Fund Investor

TBA - NYCEDC, Senior Project Manager growing the tech economy in New York

We'll Get Into:

• What programs and opportunities already exist for startups.

• How the Partnership Fund's Innovation Labs help companies test technologies with major public-sector agencies.

• How founders can get connected to NYC agencies and institutions.

• What NYC institutions look for before agreeing to a pilot.

• How founders can position themselves for opportunities they may not even know exist.

• And what happens after a successful test.

Who Should Join
