Enterprise Sales in the Agent Era
A 90-minute working session on where enterprise sales work can be delegated to AI agents — and what has to be true before it should be.
Enterprise sales depends on far more than the process documented in CRM.
Experienced account executives carry context, judgment, relationships, exceptions and company-specific knowledge that determine what happens next.
As agents move from assisting with individual tasks to taking responsibility for parts of the sales process, that knowledge becomes central.
This session draws on our work with enterprise sales teams across the US, UK and Sweden — from industrial and manufacturing companies with long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to faster-moving B2B SaaS teams.
We’ll focus on a few practical questions:
What does an agent need to know before it can be trusted with the work?
Which decisions can be delegated, which require approval, and which should remain human?
How should that boundary change as the agent proves itself?
We’ll run Hatch'd live on parts of an enterprise sales process and use situations from the room to test those boundaries in practice.
The aim is to leave with a clearer way to look at your own sales process: what an agent can do, where it needs to ask, and what should stay with a person.
Who should attend
CROs, VP Sales, Enterprise Sales leaders, senior Account Executives, Revenue Operations and Sales Transformation leaders, and executives responsible for enterprise AI adoption.
Especially relevant for organizations where sales depends on deep company knowledge, complex buying processes, multiple stakeholders and significant human judgment.
Hosted by Valencia Igiraneza, Co-founder & CEO of Hatch'd.
Free to attend. Registrations are reviewed to keep the room relevant.
