Every health system in the country is running AI pilots. Very few have gotten them into production — inside a clinical or revenue cycle workflow, through security review, integrated with the EHR, and actually used.
During health IT's biggest week in Chicago, we're stepping away from the conference noise and bringing together a dozen leaders from both sides of that problem — CIOs, digital chiefs, and revenue cycle executives from health systems across the country, and the CTOs and product leaders building for them — for one table, one conversation, and a very good steak.
No slides. No pitches. No recording. Just an off-the-record conversation among peers about what's actually working: build vs. buy vs. partner, getting past pilot purgatory, where AI is delivering real ROI in the revenue cycle right now, and integrating with Epic without a two-year timeline.
The format: Cocktails at 6:30, seated at 7:00, wrapped by 9:00 so you're fresh for the morning. Dinner and drinks are on us, in the private room of a landmark 1905 firehouse. Seats are limited to 12 and confirmed by approval.
Getting there: The Chicago Firehouse is at 1401 S Michigan Ave — a 5-minute cab or short walk down Michigan Avenue from the Hilton Chicago and the South Loop hotels.
