Building an Agentic Culture
What happens when AI becomes a colleague?
Leading people, technology and business value in the agentic enterprise
For leaders bringing AI agents into their teams
This morning is for people who lead teams. Some of you are deciding how AI agents will fit into the work your teams do. Others already have an agent running and are finding out what it changes for the people around it. That is the conversation we want to have. Places are limited and every registration is reviewed, so we will confirm yours by email.
Why this room is different
Around 40 leaders joined our first edition at AI House Amsterdam. HR and people leaders sat at the same tables as CTOs, AI leads and transformation leaders. And that turned out to be the most valuable part of the morning. The technical side and the people side of AI adoption rarely get to speak this openly with each other. When they do, both see where the real friction is. So this time we are giving that conversation more room.
What happens when AI is no longer just a tool, but a colleague?
For decades, enterprise software was built for people. Now platforms are being built for both people and AI agents: digital coworkers that can reason, collaborate and do work alongside employees. That changes how organisations run, how work gets done and how value is created.
So the questions for leaders are:
How will enterprise platforms evolve?
What separates AI adoption that works from expensive experimentation?
And how do you bring your people with you?
Join Salesforce, revaine and engaged.lab for an executive morning at Salesforce HQ in Amsterdam.

Leaders who manage teams that work alongside AI agents, or soon will. We want both sides of the table in the room:
