

From Occitanie to the World: The Path of a Master Chocolatier Nicolas Botomisy

We are delighted to invite you to a very special evening celebrating incredible talent from Occitanie:
Nicolas Botomisy.
Nicolas will share with us the story of his journey, from his childhood in the south of France where he fell in love with pastries over his grandmother’s crème caramel, through rigorous training and years working in top-tier kitchens and pastry teams across Europe, Tokyo and New York.
But the evening will be more than just a story: Nicolas will treat us to a live chocolate demonstration, and will present his current passion project: “How to make chocolate without sugar?” An exploration of taste, technique, creativity.
We’d be thrilled to have you with us for what promises to be a warm, inspiring and delicious event !
