This is where it starts. Week 01 is about shifting from someone who uses AI to someone who thinks with it, and leaving with your own AI operating system, live and running.
What you'll cover:
The mindset shift: from tool user to AI-enabled professional
Workflow mapping and the AI readiness matrix, where AI actually moves the needle for you
Prompting foundations: role, chain-of-thought, few-shot, multi-step
Building reusable prompt libraries and AI Projects
Your daily toolkit: Claude Code, Obsidian, Wispr Flow, Motion
What you'll ship: Your Personal AI Operating System, Claude Code, Obsidian, Wispr Flow, and Motion, set up and running by the end of the session, plus a 10-prompt library written for your role.
