Design systems are boring. Then 2026 happened, and we had to build one that coding agents actually respect.
A look at Design Fleet, a shared design standard for Codex, Cursor, and Claude Code that enforces design rules, acts as a written project contract, and fails the build when standards slip.
The session covers the core rule behind what goes in (every piece of knowledge must prove the AI didn't already know it, and gets deleted when it catches up), backed by before-and-after examples and hard metrics from real client work.
