For my 20th birthday, I'm not throwing a party.
I'm throwing a hackathon.
The 20th Build is an intimate, invite-only AI Agents hackathon hosted at my home in London. 15 people. Manual review. One day of building.
If you get a spot, you're in a room with people who actually ship.
The room
15 builders. Curated by hand.
From Aleph, a 450-person founder and builder community I run. Engineers, hackers, product people. Anyone who's serious about building with AI.
No spectators. No tourists.
What you'll build
Autonomous AI agents. Something real. Something that works. Something you'd actually use.
The constraint is the category. How you interpret it is yours.
Teams of 1 to 3.
How we judge
Does it work?
Is it useful to a real person?
How creative is the approach?
What winners get
No cash prizes. This is a home, not a hackathon centre.
What you get: a feature across Aleph's 450+ member community, a personal LinkedIn write-up from me, and introductions to people in my network across AI, fintech, and startups.
The real prize is who you build with and what you ship.

9:00am — Doors open, coffee, team formation
11:00am — Hacking begins 🚀
6:00pm — Tools down and submissions
6:30pm — Demos and judging
9:00pm — Winner announced and birthday celebration 🎂
