The One-Person Product Team
Co-hosted by AGENTIC.tm and Indie TM, as an official prow 2026 side event.
A product used to need a whole crew behind it: a developer for the backend, a designer, someone doing marketing, someone handling customers. Much of that can now be delegated to AI agents, and a growing number of engineers use their free time to take an idea all the way from a blank repo to real users who pay.
Two Timișoara communities live right at that crossing. Indie TM is where local builders open up about the products they run, with the numbers, the wins and the mistakes included. AGENTIC.tm is where we dig into how AI is reshaping day-to-day software work. The longer we ran them side by side, the more the topics overlapped, so for this official prow 2026 side event we decided to host one evening together.
We start with journeys. A few builders will tell the story of their product as it really happened, not as it looked on launch day: where the idea came from, how much a single person can carry when agents cover the work of an entire team, which parts still needed a human, and whether it turned into revenue. After that we open the hood on their setups, the tools, agents and workflows they rely on every day, and the things they would change if they were starting from zero.
