​We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event.

​Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event:

​Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the event, as well as no-shows:

​The booking is non-refundable, please make sure to cancel your booking within the cancellation window so that your place can be offered to another guest.
