She started coding at 19, became a Tech Lead at 24, a Competence & Team Lead at 27, and by 30 was leading several teams as Head of Engineering in major companies in Finland. Today, she manages three teams at Ecosia. On top of that, she’s a career coach who helps people navigate tough professional (and personal) challenges.
