Scaling home-based primary, palliative, and hospice care: an Ennoble Care company presentation

​The value-based care renaissance we're seeing across the public and private markets has lots of different flavors: tech-enabled, AI-first, specialty-focused, etc. But some of the most interesting for HTN are the ones that are building care models with employed clinicians.

​Ennoble Care has been doing this stealthily since 2020, growing to manage care for ~35k of the highest complexity patients across 12 states with a continuum of care approach that includes primary, palliative, and hospice.

​Kush Das, co-founder, chairman, and CEO, previously worked as a healthcare attorney and spent time at McKinsey.
