Join Bessemer Venture Partners for an invite-only evening with founders and operators building AI into the core workflows of their businesses. This is a candid, practitioner-led discussion on what has actually shipped: the choices behind it, the operating metrics it has moved, the systems that did not work at first, and what it takes to make AI adoption durable.
We'll kick things off by introducing BVP's AI Playbooks - practical guides built from ongoing conversations, working sessions, and shared learnings across Bessemer portfolio companies. The playbooks cover the path from installing foundational AI workflows and guardrails to building production agents, institutional memory, and self-improving AI loops.
Next, we will be hosting a moderated discussion with a curated group of Bessemer portfolio founders and selected guest builders. The conversation will focus on real operating questions:
Where has AI created measurable value in revenue, cost, speed, or quality?
Which workflows are ready for automation, and where should humans remain firmly in the loop?
How do small teams move from isolated experiments to dependable production systems?
What have founders learned from deploying, measuring, and iterating in the real world?
Every attendee will receive a copy of Bessemer’s AI Playbooks: a living body of practical knowledge distilled from the experiences and decisions shared across our portfolio community.
